Virtudes organizacionales y Capital psicológico como predictores positivos de satisfacción y performance laboral

Resumen

En el presente se analizó la validez incremental de las virtudes organizacionales por sobre el capital psicológico (CAPPSI) individual en cuanto a la predicción de la performance y la satisfacción laboral. La muestra estuvo compuesta por 459 empleados/as argentinos (232 hombres, 227 mujeres); edad promedio: 36.43 años (DE = 11.56); pertenecientes a empresas públicas (17.4%, n = 80) y privadas (82.6%, n = 379). La mayoría residía en ciudad de Buenos Aires y alrededores (96,8%, n = 443). Para la recolección de datos se empleó: Inventario de virtudes organizacionales –IVO, Escala de Capital Psicológico, y algunas encuestas diseñadas ad-hoc: Encuesta sociodemográfica, organizacional, de satisfacción laboral, de performance laboral. Mediante análisis de regresión jerárquica se determinó que las virtudes organizacionales aumentan la varianza explicada, en relación a las dimensiones del CAPPSI, en cuanto a la predicción de satisfacción y performance laboral.
